Shipping

• Pogo Studio uses Royal Mail to ship all items to the UK only.
• Crate signs and phone cases are posted with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and you will receive a tracking link to your email address once your item is ready.
• ICE tags and targets are posted with Royal Mail First Class.
• Larger or combined orders may be shipped with Tracked 24 instead but not guaranteed. If you would like your item for a specific date, please email with your order number within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return:

• Returns can be done within 14 days of receiving your goods
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• You must include proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
• Items that are personalised or made to order are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

1. Email cat@pogostudio.co.uk to notify of your return and receive return instructions. You may be requested to send photos or videos of proof of any fault.
2. Depending on the item, you may be requested to post the item back to Pogo Studio.
3. Once we see photo/video evidence OR receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
5. Original delivery charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned.
